Narrative

Serves: Abington, Avon, Bridgewater, Brockton, Easton, Stoughton, East & West Bridgewater, Rockland & Whitman. Fixed route system, lift equipped van service, & lift equipped bus service. Offers fixed route services as well as DIAL-A-BAT. 

How to Request a Ride

To arrange a trip in Brockton, contact DIAL-A-BAT at (508) 584-5530 before 4:00PM the day before your trip, or you can call up to two weeks before your trip. For communities outside of Brockton, please contact the Council on Aging (COA) of your town to reserve a trip. Times may vary.

Please be ready and watching for your van 15 minutes prior to your pick-up time. If you are not outside waiting, drivers will make their presence known by sounding the horn. Please help us maintain our schedule by being ready.

Return trips must be booked in advance along with your outbound trip. You can schedule the time you would like DIAL-A-BAT to come pick you up. Please be ready and watching for your van 15 minutes prior to your return time.
