Narrative

Provides information, health screening, fitness programs, education, recreation, etc. for senior citizens. There are some fees for recreation programs. Exercise classes, yoga, aerobics, chair exercise. Classes in health & wellness and focus on prevention of illness whenever possible. Also exercise classes for those with Parkinson's and MS.  Information Services
