Narrative
Meaningful work is important to people of all abilities. CO-OP’s job placement services creatively offer full- and part-time job opportunities. We draw upon each person's strengths and interests. We help with each person’s on-the-job support needs.
In addition to job placement, our full range of employment services include:
- career and interest assessments
- situational work assessments
- job exploration
- job coaching
- other direct support
CO-OP’s self-employment, or small business ownership services, is another option to consider. It offers an alternative path to work for people challenged by health, personal care issues and inaccessible work sites.
Our funding partners include the Department of Developmental Disabilities, MassAbility, and local school systems.
