proPartnerships is self-directed services that can offer you and your family the chance to hire, train, and supervise employees who give direct services. Self-directed services support you in spending funds as outlined in your ISP (Individual Service Plan). We help with employment of your staff. These services should support your ability to live in your home or your family home.

Services can be cost-effective ways for getting supports, using public, private, formal or informal resources. They can be consistent with goals established in the your ISP.
