Narrative

ServiceNet has become widely recognized for the high quality of service we provide in our attractive homes for people with brain injuries.

Our homes are located in neighborhoods throughout western Massachusetts. Each is set up to provide the kind of comfortable space we would want for anyone we love.

Most homes house 4-5 people. All provide 24-hour staffing to help people in their daily living.

Also, we offer several supported apartments and shared living options throughout the community.

Our supported apartments are a choice for people who are ready to live more independentl. They can live on their own or with a roommate. We offer continuing support from our outreach team.

This team works with each person to help them:

• set daily routines
• manage meds and other self-care
• make appointments
• set up transportation
• plan special activities
