Narrative

We have a variety of Outreach services for program members living independently in the community. Our staff helps people set a daily routine. We help with budgeting and finances. We secure housing subsidies, make appointments, set up transportation, and plan special activities.

People in our residential and supported housing programs are involved in a wide variety of activities throughout the communities in which they live. They have the chance to socialize with peers and reach meaningful personal goals.

We transport program members to the activities of their choice. Staff work with them to plan trips to area parks, museums, and other community events.
